Why do we have an HOA?
It was an agreement between the developer and the City of Medical Lake.
The HOA will maintain the landscaping along Graham Rd and the fences along Fox Ridge & Fox Ridge West only. The HOA is also responsible for the water and electric bills.
When are the Association fee’s due and how much are they?
The dues are $60.00 a quarter or $240.00 a year. You may pay yearly or you will be billed quarterly. You have 30 days to pay the dues or late charges will be assessed. You can pay your HOA dues using PayPal, VENMO, or by mailing your payment to the HOA’s mailing address located on your invoice.
Where can I find the covenants?
Please visit the Covenants and Minutes page.
How often does the board have meetings?
The Fox Ridge HOA bylaws require one meeting per year, which is our annual meeting held each May. Other meetings may be held when circumstances dictate. In these instances, all homeowners will be notified of the meeting date/time and agenda.
How do we contact the board members if we have questions?
The board members may be reached by emailing the Fox Ridge Management Team at foxridgehoaboard@gmail.com with your concerns or questions, or send a message via the form on the Contact Us page.
